Something happened at 0.78 cents filed under other. However, no net change to shares…any ideas?

Anyone care to express what they think has happened here? What does other mean? Why or how is .78 cents used as a transaction on those dates? The buy and sell amount of shares cancels each other out. Finskiy is left with same amount of shares
.
My thinking is he bought new shares at 1 buck turned around and sold same amount from his .78 cents lots. Anyone think the same?

This stock has no issue hitting in around the $1.20 mark. The problem is keeping this price afloat. If WTG Management play there cards right by releasing NR's based on 1) Lamaque and 2) CMM required financials. Obviously spread between two to three NR's, this may stop the down trends.
In order for the Tiger to attract deep pocket investors, they need to somehow overcome the fact they are within the BVI and the ability to at the very lest keep the SP above $1.
Here are some more of the same:
Again…same as last time – no net change. The transaction occurred Monday and was posted Wed. Whatever the transaction was it was not in the market.

Again, Finskiy does the sell/buy routine. On March 20 he shows a net negative change of 2.13 million shares followed by a net positive change of 2.13 million shares. I believe he is doing two things when we see these transactions occur. He is brokeing a deal. Someone is buying 'privately' with Max as the agent. He is then accumulating in some way (I don't think it is open market…so maybe he is buing 'privately' from someone else?) The 'other' status of these transactions is not helpful.

Another transaction has shown up for March 20th.

I'm assuming one is supposed to be positive and one negative(buy/sell instead of buy/buy), but as of now, the house I use is showing it as buy/buy…
