I spoke with Richard Meschke (sp?) and it sounds like the merger is still a month or so out.  The merger must get approval from Investment Canada Act (not exactcly sure what this means) but it will take until mid October, Richard thought that there was some waiting period.  After the ICA is satisfied they will still need final approval from both the TSX and TSX-V, which likely will be rubber stamped, but was estimated at a week to receive.  So as WTG continues to plummet we will have to wait.
