Hello All.
For what it is worth, I've finally received a reply from one of the many regulators that I have been pleading our case to. Typically I get the "form letter" reply, but this time I got an actual response from a live person…
To put it in a nutshell, I was told that they have not looked into anything and that I have to realize that if they had to monitor every company that had an unhappy shareholder, they would be forced to constantly monitor every single company that is publicly traded….
Are you freaking kidding me?? Ummm… hello? Isn't that what a regulatory office's job is? I must have missing something here… Good grief. I've said it before and I will say it again…. there is no accountability in a government job. I'm stunned.
The only upside here is that I used to think that the US had the largest number of worthless bureaucrats and ignorant people in political jobs… Now I know that is not the case, our Northern Neighbors have it just as bad.
This is my last mining investment. I know too much about the business, the properties, and the operations. When I see crap like this going on, it drives me nuts. My next investment is going to be in Korean semi-conductors, where I know nothing… I'll get my "expert" at Ameritrade to hook me up. :)

so i guess that 50 million votes against was just 1 angry shareholder, that seems very logical. Its sad that they didnt even need to do any DD it was all done for them all they had to do was read. I would suggest passing on that conversation to Andre Marin, the ombudsman of Ontario government agencies, hes like a bulldog on a piece of meat.www.ombudsman.on.ca
