   My guess is that the New York investor, from the Sept’07 financing, was interested in taking a huge tax selling loss in 2008.

   The purchase by PK and RB perhaps suggest that they are anticipating there are no issues with the Fortis financing, and thus perhaps are feeling good that approval will be gained.
